At Swinford Church of England Primary School, we believe that every child can do amazing things and it is our job to help make this potential a reality. We are proud to be part of the Embrace Multi Academy Trust and we are clear about what we stand for, what we want for our children and where our future lies.

We provide a distinctive Christian education for our children within a broad and ambitious curriculum, and our links with the local community help shape teaching and learning at Swinford. A family atmosphere is at the core of all we do - we learn together, we play together, we achieve together and we celebrate together. We welcome children to our school on this basis whatever their background or religion.

We do not underestimate in any way the importance of the learning journey that each and every child will make as they grow with us and we are totally committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, creative and high quality environment. Every child should enjoy being part of our school and all that we offer them.

Our children are happy, confident and responsive. They understand how their behaviour affects others and that courtesy and respect are important values for life. We promote and enjoy close contacts with parents/carers and strive to work in partnership to enhance our children's education.
